1. What/ Why Marachekku Chekku Oil

Marachekku Chekku Oil means, during the extraction process the temperature of nuts/seeds are maintained at the room temperature. Temperature can be maintained low only if traditional wooden churner (MaraChekku) is used and extracted by a slow mechanical process. Since the oil is not headed, it retains the natural nutrients, flavor, Color and texture. Consuming this oil is good for our health and over all wellbeing.

If Refined Oil has little or no nutritional value and pose serious threat to health, then what should you be trying? Doctors and nutritionists suggest that you buy organic ,unrefined and cold pressed vegetable oils.

2. How do I place my order?

Register with us and then you will be able to shop for item of your choice from site.

3. How do I pay? Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

You can pay online via Credit / Debit Cards and Net Banking. We also accept Cash on Delivery where our customer care person will verify the order with you over phone and deliver it.

4. How long will it take for me to receive an order placed for any items?

You can expect delivery of orders within 24 hours. In an unavoidable circumstances, we deliver within 5 business days but usually we are keen on next day delivery.

5.What can I do if an item is defective (broken, leaking or expired)?

We have a no questions asked return policy. In case you are not satisfied with a product received you can return it to the delivery personnel at time of delivery or you can contact our customer support team and we will do the needful.

6. Can I cancel my order?

Now it’s not possible to cancel an order through online but call our customer care and provide reasons and we will cancel the order and refund the amount.

7.Are there any hidden costs applicable?

No, there are no hidden costs; you only pay for the items and applicable shipping charges if any.

8. Is it safe to shop here?

YES. We use the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption on banking transaction. To make online purchases from us, you must use an SSL-enabled browser. Doing this protects the confidentiality of your personal and credit card information while it’s transmitted over the Internet.

9. Do you use cookies?

Yes, we do. We use them to personalize your experience on our website. Personalize means we wish to keep your session in cookies and when you access the same system our site will remember you with the cookie. If you logout site then cookies will get reset automatically.

10.How safe is the information shared with you?

We do not share, sell or rent your contact information. However, in rare exceptions where it may be required by the laws of the land, we may have to share the information.

12. Product usage guidance

The shelf life of Ghee is typically little over 90 days without refrigeration, it may even last more. On refrigeration it may last over 1 year. As long as you do not see any visible changes and loss or change of aroma or colour, you can use it.

Please do not refrigerate, as refrigeration will increase the moisture content in the oil, which will reduce the aroma, nutrients and taste.
